New legislation means that farmers will be forced to be compliant and accountable for their waste and the many causes of pollution.

The new laws will no longer allow you to burn or bury your waste.

You will have a Duty of Care to describe your waste accurately to your registered waste removal contractor.

The contractor, on collection of your waste, will provide you with a Waste Transfer Note which helps you comply with legislation.

As with all recycling systems the key to success is segregation of different products at source. Not only will this save time but also money.

Bins and bags will be available to help sort and tidily store your waste.
